I played sports in junior and senior high school and then at UCLA. Rugby was the best athletic experience I had in my life because of the competition and the camaraderie of teammates and competitors.

Dennis Storer taught me the game and Ron Nisbet taught us.

What wisdom would you pass on to current players:
Get fit! Times on the pitch, at practice, and in the bar become memories that will be with you the rest of your life.
