Impact rugby had on your life:
Too many ways to count and more than I can remember.
Most inspirational teammate/coach and why:
Roy Palmer -made me go to the gym and to training but unfortunately also drove me to the pub too often as well. A quiet humble genius.
Lawrence Dallaglio College teammate - trained harder than I have ever seen anyone work and also had amazing natural ability. Aaron Blatt truly led by example let his actions do his talking. Stuart Krohn hands down the most dedicated "Rugby Man " I have ever known. His work at ICEF is changing hudreds of lives.
What wisdom would you pass on to current players:
Pay it Forward.... put back into the sport what you take out. Travel the world and embrace new cultures. Play as long and as hard as you can, the boots are a long time hung up, Work and careers will always be there. Try to organize your life to train and play a competitive sport at the highest level that you can attain. It will balance the rest of your life and typically reward you in many other intangible ways.
Marital Status (Spouse/Kids names):
"You gumby" - Stuart Krohn.
" Get your revenge in first " - Unknown
